A Tax Statement Is A Form Or Official Governmental Document Submitted To The Tax Administration For Each Period Or Period Of Tax Accounting, Which Is Used By Taxable Individuals Or Companies; To Confirm And Clarify The Income Or Salary Of The Job, Dividends Or Other Profits From Services Or Goods Accompanying A Tax Payment.

Types Of Tax Statements In Egypt:

1. Certifying Income Tax Annually.

2. Statement Of Tax of work earning.

3. Statement Of His Real Estate Tax Annually.

4. Statement Of His Sales Tax Per Month.

5. Stamp Duty.

Sanction For Late Submitting Of The Tax Statement

If The Tax Statement Is Not More Than 60 Days Late, A Fine Of  3 Thousand Pounds And Up To 50 Thousand Pounds Shall Be Imposed. in case of late submission of The Tax Statement For More Than 60 Days, The Fine Will Start At EGP 50 Thousand And A Maximum Of EGP 2 Million.
