With Regard To The Promulgation Of Act No. 9 Of 2022 On Real Estate Registration, Every Citizen Has The Right To Register His Own Property. The Act Also Establishes A Number Of Facilities For Citizens In The Same Way As The Old Act, Which Incorporates Several Difficult Procedures Such As The Sequence Of Ownership And The Length Of Litigation Before Obtaining A Valid And Effective Judgement. The New Act Establishes Concessional Procedures, Including The Absence Of A Requirement For The Sequencing Of Ownership, Since Only Quiet Possession For 5 Years Over Is Sufficient.There Is Also The Possibility Of Separating The Real Estate Transactions Tax When Registering, And Finally A Time Limit Has Been Set For The Registration Period; Probably 37 Days.
