Trademarks Are Part Of Intellectual Property Rights In Egypt By Which The Product Or Service Provided Is Identified In The Form Of A Commercial Activity And Interferes In The Regulation Of The Relationship Between The Consumer And Any Commercial Entity In The Form Of Protection Against Fraud, Imitation Or Misinformation; Any Entity Has The Right To Apply For The Registration Of The Trademark In The Trade Development Authority Of The Ministry Of Supply And Internal Trade And Inspect It And Ensure That It Is Not Inconsistent With Any Other Mark.
